Engineering and automation specialists Wicreations is supplying flying and rigging solutions to the ‘Ice Age Live – A Mammoth Adventure’ tour produced by Stage Entertainment Touring Productions, which continues to enthral audiences worldwide now on its latest third leg of an extensive touring schedule that started in 2012 and is currently scheduled until 2017.

When Studio 100, producers of the hugely acclaimed and highly successful 14-18 Spektakel Musical wanted to move a 2000 seater audience tribune up and down a 150 metre long performance space throughout the show … they called Hans Willems of Wicreations!

WIcreations provided StageCo with specialist automation services to move four massive towers onstage at the epic Vasco Rossi concert and spectacle in Modena – the Italian rock superstar’s only scheduled live appearance in 2017 - attended by 250,000 rapturous fans on a blisteringly hot summer’s day in Modena Park.

Rammstein, known for their spectacular pyro and fire-fuelled shows, full-force industrial metal sounds, uncompromising sometimes controversial lyrics, their thrilling, hair-raising hi-energy live performances and adversarial commercial success … release their much-anticipated self-titled new album. Entertainment engineering specialist WIcreations is delighted to be working with the band and their talented production team on the current three-month stadium and festival tour around the UK and Europe including Russia and Latvia.

Belgian based engineering and automation specialist WIcreations has designed and fabricated a bespoke rotating system to hold and rotate five large scenic objects for the current ‘Caos’ tour by hugely popular Spanish singer, Malú.

Entertainment engineering specialist WIcreations was asked to create an innovative solution for the current Massive Attack tour. The video design, created by United Visual Artists (UVA) - needed a full horizontal section in the middle of a 14.4 metre wide by 6 metre high flown Roe MC7 LED screen - to protrude from the rest of the surface by half a metre.

KLM – the Dutch national airline – celebrated 100 years this month, making it the world’s oldest airline and the first airline still operating under its original name … to reach its centenary. To mark this landmark occasion, Hangar 10 at Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, a vast space at one of the world’s busiest hubs, was cleared out to host multiple days of a spectacular “KLM Experience” event, where guests were treated to an impressive overview of KLM’s past, present and future.

WIcreations used its new WImotion system – motors, tracking and control – to automate five ski lift cable cars in spectacular style as part of a massive visual extravaganza for the 2-day Moose Bar XXL event at Antwerp’s Sportpaleis venue … Belgium’s only and ultimate après ski party! The brainchild of organiser and legendary Belgium night scene inspirator Yves Smolders, Moose Bar XXL ran for two nights this year after 2019’s inaugural event, and featured an epic scenic production design and a slew of music and live entertainment that transported 20,000 party-people to the mountains over the two nights!
