Toronto-based contemporary dance company, Ballet Creole, marked its 25th anniversary with many events and performances, including their annual spring season at Harbourfront Centre’s Fleck Dance Theatre.  A.C.T Lighting, Inc., the exclusive distributor of Clay Paky fixtures in North America, helped lighting designer Brad Trenaman obtain a complement of Alpha Spot QWO 800s, which were not yet available from local rental houses.  Trenaman also deployed Clay Paky A.leda Wash K10 and K20 fixtures during the season.

Puy du Fou has used a large number of Clay Paky fixtures to light its flagship live show – Cinéscénie. Principal Lighting Designer, Koert Vermuelen, deployed Clay Paky’s Alpha Beam 1500s and Sharpys to create the sensational light show, which ran throughout the months.

Lighting designer James Bawn specified the strong beam of the Clay Paky Sharpy to crown his colourful lighting design for Kirklees’ Arqiva Tower, known locally as the Emley Mast, during the opening of the Tour de France celebrations in Yorkshire.

Celebrated LD Vince Foster recently employed a battalion of Clay Paky fixtures to honour Queen Elizabeth II’s 60 years on the throne. Foster used the Clay Paky fixtures to deliver a striking, yet super flexible lighting design for the Coronation Festival Gala.

Over sixty Clay Paky Mythos fixtures are currently lighting the famous Tree of Life sculpture for the Milan Expo 2015, in a stunning light show conceived by renowned lighting designer Koert Vermeulen of ACT Lighting Design.

The UK’s most popular classical music show, Classical Spectacular, returned to the Royal Albert Hall (RAH) this year with a brand new rig designed by award-winning lighting designer Durham Marenghi. Featuring an array of Clay Paky fixtures, the Mythos took pride of place with Marenghi using just four of the super powerful fixtures to illuminate the RAH organ.

Telemiracle, the annual telethon in Saskatchewan, Canada that benefits the Kinsmen Foundation, celebrated its 40th anniversary with a 21-hour, commercial-free live broadcast on the province’s CTV affiliates.  This year lighting designer Linus MacDonald stepped up the show’s look with Clay Paky Scenius moving head spotlights. 

The 2013 Olivier Awards saw the new Clay Paky Sharpy Wash 330s take charge of their first event since they became a recent addition to White Light’s ever growing arsenal of entertainment technology.

Festivities are underway as Manama, capital city of Bahrain, celebrates its appointment as Capital of Arab Culture 2012.

New Year’s Eve 2014 saw the city of Paris put on a spectacle at the midnight countdown for the first time. Lighting designer Jeff Freeman employed Clay Paky SuperSharpys to illuminate the iconic Arc de Triomphe for the festivities, as hundreds of thousands of revellers congregated in front of it or watched at home on television.

Clay Paky Sharpys, sporting Union Jack coverings, shone brightly alongside some of the world’s most famous pop royalty to celebrate Queen Elizabeth II’s Diamond Jubilee.

A symphony of Clay Paky Mythos, Sharpy, Sharpy Wash, Alpha Spot HPE 1500 and Alpha Spot HPE 700 fixtures created a dynamic lighting show designed by Durham Marenghi for the annual Classical Spectacular at London’s Royal Albert Hall in March.

The producer and director Futais Mohammed Bugnah directed a new show in the Ta'if Tent Theatre for the Souq Okaze Cultural Festival, in the presence of his Highness Prince Mishaal bin Majid Al Saud, Governor of Jeddah.

Lighting designer Björn Hermann lit up the Austrian sky with more than 100 Claypaky luminaires for the recent Linz Klangwolke, or ‘Cloud of Sound’, held along the banks of the Danube. The open-air multimedia event, a mix of music, performance and visual art, has been a highlight of the city’s annual calendar since 1979. The Klangwolke presents a different theme each year, and to celebrate the 50^th anniversary of the Johannes Kepler University Linz, the 2016 edition was presented under the ‘River of Knowledge’ banner.
