Marell Audio Media, based in Würzburg, Germany, has been operating successfully for many years in the specialised area of corporate audio design, station IDs, and jingles. Its customers include major broadcasting companies such as the ORF (Austrian Broadcasting Corporation), SWR (Southwest Broadcasting), SR (Saarland Broadcasting), Sat 1, Bayer, and many more. Alexander Klebl and Achim von Bassen first compose and produce their jingles as computer-based scores in their studio in Würzburg. If feedback is positive, they subsequently complete the jingles with pop musicians, sometimes with complete string sections.

About a dozen of private radio stations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland broadcasted the concert of Robbie Williams in Cologne live on 5th March 2010. Frankfurt-based Hit Radio FFH was in charge of the signal distribution and decided to use the fast and cost-effective solution with audio codecs over the available ISDN lines. Ten C1161 units have been supplied by MAYAH additionally to the station's own codecs for this event and were used to transmit the live audio with APT-X, MPEG-4 AAC, MPEG Layer 2 and Layer 3 (mp3) formats.

Eleven of the most famed rock and roll musicians of recent history have teamed up for a world tour of epic proportions in 2012.  Led by former Guns N’ Roses drummer Matt Sorum, The Rock N Roll Allstars recently concluded a successful run in South America.  Behind his massive drum set, mic’d with a strategic array of HARMAN’s AKG technology, Sorum conducts the Allstars through a 2.5-hour show, performing a collection of hits from each member’s respective band.

The RTL Comedy Week is a new comedy show, where four of Germany’s best comedians meet in the MMC studio 35 and do some plain talking about current topics. Six episodes of the show will be broadcast.

The Script performed in front of a jam packed crowd of over 80,000 people at Croke Park in June, for their biggest show of the year.
