This time the LOL S10 World Finals boldly tried a new production method combining film and TV for the first time. Unlike previous TV productions, a large number of special equipment that used to adopt in movie production has been included, two 50-feet jibs, two movie rail carts, two 5-meter remote control telescopic towers, all of these brought a more different visual experience to the LOL S10 World Finals.
In the innovative process of using film shooting equipment to produce traditional TV programs, the "Ultra Load-bearing Remote Control Rail Car" independently developed by SMT was successfully used in large-scale events for the first time.
Due to the structure of the stage, two remote-controlled orbital robots capable of raising 5 meters are required, which became a dilemma for safety and effectiveness. After analyzing customers’ needs and clarifying technical requirements, the R&D team of the SMT Broadcasting Department formulated feasible plans. Within two months, completed the self-developed "Ultra load-bearing remote-controlled rail cart" with a maximum load of 1000 kg, which can be linearly and wirelessly controlled, physical and optical limit, meanwhile maintaining a good stability.
Radio Frequency Resource Management
From the beginning of August when the competition requirements were received, data were collected from various departments that needed to use radio frequency resources and then proceeded summary and declaration.
