Continued expansion at Stage Tec

Stage Tec, the Berlin manufacturer of professional audio mixing consoles and routers, engaged Thilo Schütz as a sales representative on the 1st of December. The graduate engineer worked previously as the Director of Marketing & Sales at AFMG Technologies GmbH in Berlin.

In this capacity, he was responsible for the international distribution of software for the simulation and measurement of acoustics and electroacoustics, as well as for marketing and media relations. At Stage Tec, Thilo Schütz will focus on sales of AURUS, CRESCENDO and NEXUS for use in theatres. "With his broad experience and international references Thilo Schütz is the ideal contact for our customers," says Alex Nemes, Head of Sales at Stage Tec.

Thilo Schütz completed his studies in Theatre and Event Technology with his thesis on the very first digital control systems for loudspeakers. In the course of his career, he has worked as a project manager and consultant on events and permanent media equipment installations, advised cinemas with regard to their technical equipment, and worked as a freelance engineer for event engineering and event management.

The graduate engineer has supervised live sound productions for years and brings extensive experience from the audio industry. Thilo Schütz worked for several years as a production manager and technical manager at Gahrens + Battermann GmbH, and was fully responsible for managing events and large-scale projects for international corporations. "I am looking forward to working in a great team and doing fulfilling work at Stage Tec. I am proud to have the opportunity to realise exciting projects with this outstanding equipment," says Thilo Schütz.
