The Telos Alliance® Shows Cutting-Edge, Flagship Broadcast Tech at CABSAT2016
Telos® Systems Broadcast Telephone Systems & Streaming Encoders/Processors
At CABSAT, Telos Systems will show the Hx6 advanced six-line POTS Talkshow System with two integrated high-performance digital hybrids. The Hx6 includes Telos' famous Digital Dynamic EQ (DDEQ) technology, plus noise gate, caller ducking, and acoustic echo cancellation. AVC will demo Hx6 alongside the Telos VSet12 phone and Z/IPStream™ stream-encoding hardware. In fact, CABSAT marks the first time Middle Eastern and North African regions will see the Z/IPStream R2 stream processor and encoder (pictured above) in action. The R/2's adaptive streaming capabilities deliver the best possible experience to the listener.
Omnia® Audio Processors
Meanwhile, Omnia Audio will display some of its finest audio-processing wares, including the Omnia.9 Multi-Band AM/FM Audio Processor, which features exceptional audio integrity and flexibility. The Omnia.9 sports optional HD1, HD2, HD3, streaming, and RDS, and comes in a dual-path version as well. It's loaded with features like Omnia's exclusive 'Undo' technology for audio source restoration; psychoacoustic composite embedder for extra loudness; built-in oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, RTA instrumentation; and more. An advanced, fully distrotion-controlled final limiter/clipper is the icing on the cake.
AVC will demo the Omnia ONE Multi-Band Audio Processor for FM/AM, Multicast, Studio Pro, or Stereo Generator, as well. With more than 12,000 Omnia ONEs deployed worldwide, this is a star attraction for show attendees.
Axia® Audio Networked AoIP Consoles
With AES-67 hot on the minds of all broadcasters, the Axia Fusion® flagship AoIP console (pictured above) is gaining even more steam, with some very exciting announcements coming down the pipeline for new accessories within the Axia AoIP ecosystem. AVC will demo Fusion capabilities at its stand via two 20-position frames with a variety of Fusion modules. Attendees interested in saving costs associated with traditionally wired studios won't want to miss this smart and sexy console in action.
25-Seven® Program Delay Manager
25-Seven's tried-and-true Program Delay Manager reinvented the profanity delay, bringing the possibilities of the Internet to a standalone box. It's ease-of-use, transparent audio quality, and program-directory-friendly features take an old process to a new level. CABSAT attendees are invited to visit booth stand #ZG2-20 to see firsthand how professional broadcasters handle profanity, complete with an instant log record establishing action and intent to keep the airwaves clean.
