Sixty’s Ease Live Wins IABM Game Changer Award
The award, which recognizes new solutions that offer significant benefits or new opportunities to the broadcast and media industry, was presented on April 19 by Chris Brown, EVP, Conventions and Business Operations, NAB, and Peter White, CEO of the International Association of Broadcasting Manufacturers..
“Ease Live provides a very practical way to enable broadcasters to merge traditional linear channels with interactive functions utilizing existing infrastructure," said IABM. "This will allow local broadcasters to enter this space with their current workflows. Brilliant – a true ‘game changer’.”
The winners, across nine categories that align with IABM’s Global Market Valuation and Strategy Report, were selected from 80 high quality submissions. The judging was carried out by a panel of 40 independent, highly experienced industry professionals, each with specialist expertise in one or more of the award categories.
“We’re delighted to receive this recognition from IABM, because Ease Live really is a game changer in our industry,” said Kjetil Horneland, CEO at Sixty. “Ease Live unifies traditional broadcast graphics, providing rich and compelling sports entertainment by enabling end-users to interact directly with on-air graphics to enhance their viewing experience.”
