Sixty’s Ease Live Wins IABM Game Changer Award

TV experience company Sixty has announced that its Ease Live won the prestigious  IABM Game Changer Awards in the playout and delivery category at the NAB Show 2016. Ease Live is an innovative product that integrates with broadcast graphics systems and enables interactive, clickable on-air graphics for tablets and other smart devices.

The award, which recognizes new solutions that offer significant benefits or new opportunities to the broadcast and media industry, was presented on April 19 by Chris Brown, EVP, Conventions and Business Operations, NAB, and Peter White, CEO of the International Association of Broadcasting Manufacturers..

“Ease Live provides a very practical way to enable broadcasters to merge traditional linear channels with interactive functions utilizing existing infrastructure," said IABM. "This will allow local broadcasters to enter this space with their current workflows. Brilliant – a true ‘game changer’.”

The winners, across nine categories that align with IABM’s Global Market Valuation and Strategy Report, were selected from 80 high quality submissions. The judging was carried out by a panel of 40 independent, highly experienced industry professionals, each with specialist expertise in one or more of the award categories.
