Change in the management of SONOVTS Media GmbH

Mr. Sold looks back on a long and successful career in the broadcasting industry. He began his
professional career at EPF (Erstes Privates Fernsehen) in Ludwigshafen before moving to RTL
in Cologne in 1987. After 22 years, most recently as Head of Production, he left RTL and
founded media effective GmbH. As a project manager and consultant, he managed various
projects worldwide, including at Al Jazeera in Qatar, but also for the WAZ Group in Essen.
Most recently, he was CEO of tpc AG in Switzerland for almost 8 years, where he was
instrumental in shaping the transition to IP technology.

With today's date, the managing directors Stephan Krömer and Franz Olbert will resign from
their position. Mr. Krömer will continue to work for the company following his passion for
technology and complex projects. Mr. Olbert is leaving SONOVTS Media GmbH, but will
remain with the company as an external consultant and project manager. Mr. Marc Doderer
will remain a member of the management board.

the new owner.
