The Pentecostal Church Filadelfia has installed Jünger Audio loudness processing to control the entire audio output from the media centre in its new Q42 complex in Kristiansand, Norway.

Almost the size of an entire block, the Q42 complex incorporates housing for the elderly, a congress centre, a leisure centre, a 1300-capacity concert hall, a small hotel, a restaurant and a media centre complete with TV, radio and sound control studios and an edit suite.

Sigurd Schaathun, Technical Advisor for Filadelfia Kristiansand, says the media centre handles live video streaming of services, the recording of services for later broadcast on linear TV and a 24-hour DAB Christian radio channel – Radio 3,16 – that reaches 70% of Norway.

It is May 7, 2017. A Piper Seneca V is flying over the Canton of Solothurn in Switzerland at 12:50 p.m. The aircraft originally took off in Germany and is now circling over the city of Olten. The NHL's Edmonton Oilers Rely on Fujinon Lenses for Inaugural Season in Rogers Place Arena

After more than 40 years of play at its previous arena, the NHL’s Edmonton Oilers team found their new home in the Rogers Place for the 2016-17 season. The 18,500-seat Alberta arena is the centerpiece of an impressive, large-scale redevelopment plan in downtown Edmonton. The build included an investment in six FUJINON lenses, and Rogers Place now houses the following lenses from the Optical Devices Division of FUJIFILM: a HA14x4.5BERM super wide angle and two XA77x9.5BESM telephoto lenses, along with a HA18x5.5BERD and two HA18x7.6BERM HA Premier Series ENG lenses. The lenses are relied on for game day action, including use in a camera system installed to the underside of the arena’s massive videoboard.

Event Ag Impements Blackmagic Design AV Solution For ICF Church In Zurich´s Samsung Hall

Blackmagic Design has today announced that Samsung Hall, a brand new live performance venue in Zurich, Switzerland, has integrated an audiovisual (AV) solution, built on an optical fiber backbone, featuring live production hardware and digital film cameras, including the URSA Mini 4.6K, from Blackmagic Design.

The state of the art events center will stage concerts, conferences and live productions for audiences, with signal management throughout the venue relying on a series of Blackmagic Universal Videohub routers and Teranex AV standards converters.

Swiss systems integrator Event AG was responsible for the design and specifications of the hall’s AV infrastructure, which had to not only accommodate a huge variety of touring productions, but also deliver live production for the venue’s long term tenant, the International Christian Fellowship (ICF). As well as the venue infrastructure, Event AG also delivered a live production solution for the ICF.
