New era: James Foster takes over as president of ETC

ETC is undergoing a change of leadership: CEO Dick Titus has announced his resignation. James Foster will take over the position of president with immediate effect.  
Susan Foster, Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board, praised Dick Titus' achievements: “In his 35 years with the company, including seven years as CEO, Dick Titus has had a significant impact on ETC with his leadership and vision.” His spirit and commitment will remain evident among employees and customers alike even after his departure.

 

With James Foster as the new president, a new era of corporate leadership begins for ETC. Foster has extensive experience in the company: for more than ten years, he has provided important impetus in various roles and worked closely with Titus – including in the areas of research and development, human resources, acquisition management, and professional services. He has been a member of the supervisory board since 2022 and vice president of finance since 2024. 

Foster says of his next career move: “I am honored and look forward to opening this new chapter together with the great people at ETC. This company was built on a passion for people, service, and innovative products – I intend to continue on this course.”
