The new standard for the “last 500 meters”
Whether from the parking lot to the set, through sprawling exhibition halls or across factory premises – the ZIPR shortens distances, speeds up processes and increases work safety. With a payload of up to 350 kg, a volume of 183 liters and a top speed of up to 16 km/h (depending on the model), it replaces carrying and pulling with efficient, controlled driving.
“ZIPR bridges the gap between the transporter and the place of use – quickly, safely, and surprisingly intuitively,” says Stephan Kexel, CBDO of RIWIT GmbH. “Teams save time and energy, which they can instead put into production. The fact that the device is also fun to use is a welcome bonus.”
Two models – maximum efficiency or maximum traction
• ZIPR 2WD (1,500 W): the efficient solution for studios, locations, and long corridors with front dual recuperation brakes and rear mechanical drum brakes.
• ZIPR 4WD (3,000 W): for ramps, cable bridges, and heavy rigs – with intelligent dual-drive algorithm (FWD/RWD/4WD) and 6-fold brake setup (4× recuperation + mechanical).

Three operating modes for every job
• Ride: Fold down the footboard, mount the optional seat, cruise with precision.
• Push/Pull: Speed-limited with cruise control for long distances and narrow passages.
• Towing: Pull material trains safely – manually or with cruise control (1–7 km/h).
Safe, robust, suitable for everyday use
Regenerative brakes ensure controlled deceleration, while hill start assist and anti-rollback provide safety on ramps. Puncture-proof solid rubber wheels reduce downtime, while bright front LEDs and a backlit logo increase visibility in dark areas. The 36 V LiFePO₄ battery is hot-swappable and designed for long days of use.

Accessories that scale projects
With a storage jacket, rain jacket, side saddles, second seat, fast charger, and second battery, the ZIPR can be adapted to any task. External batteries can be used via Hook-Up (XT6). With TUGR Tow Hitch and TUGR XL, additional carts can be coupled or bulky goods can be towed—from tripod parks to decorative panels.
