On January 13, 2026, KSC Systems invites professionals from broadcasting, media production, events, post-production, and control room environments to the KSC Experience Day 2026 in Hamburg. The event will take place at the Hotel Hafen Hamburg and will offer a compact overview of current developments in the KSC product family as well as best practices from real production and control room projects.

The agenda includes experience reports from broadcast environments, technical sessions on control and monitoring processes, and insights into IP- and cloud-based workflows. Among other things, there will be project presentations from the media operations context, insights into radio technology installations, and contributions on central KSC modules such as EventManager, bouquet function, order management, and KSC Horizon.

“Many production processes are changing as a result of IP-based systems, virtualization, and networked infrastructure,” says Jürgen Loos, Sales Manager KSC Systems. “The Experience Day provides a very concrete look at how such workflows are already being implemented in various production environments today.”

The focus is on application-oriented demonstrations: from the graphical circuit overview in CircuitManager to monitoring with KSC SinAlarm to the design of user interfaces with GFXUnit. The Experience Day is therefore aimed in particular at broadcast engineers, production managers, system planners, and technical decision-makers with a focus on stability, future-proofing, and efficiency in complex operating structures.

“Requirements are evolving toward flexible, scalable workflows that map both classic and IP-based signals equally,” adds Christian Montag, Technical Sales Manager KSC Systems. “Many questions only arise in direct dialogue, and that's exactly what the Experience Day offers a practical setting for.”

The event was deliberately scheduled before the Hamburg Open, providing an additional opportunity to exchange ideas on production logic, control concepts, monitoring, redundancy strategies, and modular system architectures within the KSC product line.

Participation is free of charge, but registration is required.
