Powering the IBC Esports Showcase with ESL and Lagardère

Leading the IP workflow for IBC TV

IBC TV is once again partnering with EVS to showcase collaborative IP workflows between systems in various remote locations. The complete infrastructure will be based on 2110 IP protocol for full IP-interoperability and will be set up for the entire show. New this year, IBC TV will be using our Dyvi software-defined switcher to animate the on-set virtual background displays.

IBC will be ending its 2019 edition on a high note by hosting an esports showcase in partnership with EVS, ESL and Lagardère. Panel sessions, keynotes, interviews and live demonstrations are planned on the last day for a deep dive into the unique and fast-growing world of competitive gaming.

Investing in the industry's future with the Broadcast Academy

EVS will partner with HBS and its Broadcast Academy to offer IBC visitors the opportunity to attend a mix of informative panel discussions and three hands-on live sports directing masterclasses. A new workshop is being introduced this year, which uses the Lean Production Live TV Simulator, featuring EVS’ X-One.
