Announcing Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro, Web Presenter HD and ATEM Mini Extreme

Today we’ve announced the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro, an advanced model which adds professional features including a bright 1,500 nit, adjustable HDR touchscreen, built-in ND filters, a larger battery and support for an optional electronic viewfinder. The Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro has an EF mount, a Super 35 sensor with 13 stops of dynamic range, and features the latest Gen 5 color science. Customers can use larger EF photographic lenses to create cinematic images with shallower depth of field and bokeh effects.

The Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro is available immediately for US$2,495.

In an expansion to our popular ATEM Mini range, we are launching the ATEM Mini Extreme and ATEM Mini Extreme ISO. These powerful new models include 8 inputs, 6 DVEs, 4 chroma keyers, 6 macro buttons, SuperSource and a 16 way multiview. Both offer a recording engine, with the ISO model capturing a total of 9 streams.

The ATEM Mini Extreme and ATEM Mini Extreme ISO are available immediately from US$995.

In an additional software update, ATEM 8.6, ATEM Mini Pro and Extreme users will be able to tether a mobile phone to the switcher. The ATEM switcher will automatically detect when a phone is connected and switch its internet connection, making the perfect mobile or on-location production solution.

Finally, we have also launched a new Web Presenter HD, a self-contained broadcast quality streaming solution. The Web Presenter HD has a 12G-SDI input with down converter, so customers can connect HD or UltraHD equipment and stream in full 1080p video. As well as a built-in front control panel, it provides a unique monitoring output, with audio meters, trend graphs for codec data rates and a summary of streaming status and settings.

The Blackmagic Web Presenter HD is available immediately for US$495.
