Sony Europe Ltd acquires Memnon, the world’s foremost audiovisual digitisation service provider

Sony’s acquisition of Memnon Archiving Services SA is effective as of July 1st and will include all assets, including Intellectual Properties Rights as well as their technology and software solutions engineering capabilities. Memnon will become a part of Sony Professional, Sony Europe Ltd.
