During the whole event, 10 operators guaranteed the real-time graphics service, to Live Abu Dhabi Media, using the SportStats CG software. The event, broadcast by Abu Dhabi Sports Channel, had volleyball, basketball, bowling, soccer, handball, goalball, swimming, table tennis, cycling and athletics competitions, being wTVision the graphics service provider for every one of them. wTVision’s designers created all graphic templates, which were based on the competition's logo.

wTVision and MEDIAPRO Canada joined forces to provide an Augmented Reality (AR) Solution throughout the final rounds of soccer's Scotiabank Concacaf Champions League, which concluded yesterday with the final between Tigres UANL of Mexico’s LigaMX and Major League Soccer’s LAFC at the Exploria Stadium in Orlando, Florida. AR3 is an augmented reality (AR) solution that generates high-quality virtual placements on the soccer field. Designed and developed by wTVision, AR3  was implemented in the final seven games of the Scotiabank Concacaf Champions League, from the quarter-finals to yesterday’s final, to create virtual placements, providing the two finalists, the sponsors and CONCACAF itself with added visibility and brand enhancement in front of a global television audience of millions.

Wrapping Up the Alamodome With a Big Ribbon

The San Antonio Alamodome in Texas played host to the 2018 Men’s College Basketball Championship Game on April 2nd, which was viewed by millions of television viewers around the world. Inside the Alamodome, for more than 67,000 fans, Ross Video played a big part of the fan engagement experience with XPression and Tessera SE. The recent renovation of the Alamodome added several large screens as well as a ring of new video ribbon board displays circling the seating area.  Filling the stunning 360-degree HD ribbon board around the Alamodome was accomplished using Ross Video’s XPression real-time motion graphics engines controlled by XPression Tessera SE.

World-famous 80th FIS Kitzbuehel Hahnenkamm Race relies on Antelope Ultra Slow Motion cameras

The challenge was bigger than ever before at the 80th edition of the toughest alpine ski race in Kitzbuehel, Austria. Austrian Television showed up with its brand-new OB truck so the stage was set to add some state of the art technology to produce a thrilling TV production with crystal clear images and replays never seen before. The idea was to implement HSSM cameras at every crucial part of the race so that no action was to be missed. LMC supplied 8 Antelope systems in total. A mix of Compact 350, MkIIs and Picos. One Polecam and one GF8 crane were added for extra dynamics, one Pico was embedded in the snow to get as close to the althletes as possible. Framerates were adjusted to every position to get the best compromise between timing and action.
