On October 14th, 2010 the German Comedy Awards 2010 ceremony was recorded at the Coloneum in Cologne. Magic Media Company (MMC) was responsible for the technical realisation of the gala show and the set construction.

The European Broadcasting Union (EBU) on 21 October announced Schwarzkopf, a leading brand of German-based consumer goods company Henkel, as the Presenting Partner of the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 in Düsseldorf, Germany. The three shows, Semi-Finals on 10th and 12th of May and the Final on 14th of May 2011, will be televised live, hosted by the German public broadcaster NDR.

UK based lighting designer Paul Normandale specified a grandMA2 light console to run lighting for the Scissor Sisters current "Night Works" world tour. Normandale likes the feel of the console, and used one with Glen Johnson (Scissor Sisters Lighting Director) on the Courteeners earlier in the year. Johnson has been using the grandMA2 ever since it became available with great success and enthusiasm.

BCE received three awards at the International Tourism Film Festival (ART&TUR) in Barcelos, Portugal, for the short film “Is it true what they say about Luxembourg?” The film project is based on the use of Luxembourg’s prejudices to describe the real story about the country. The project presents Luxembourg through 10 short films ranging from tourism, business, finance, life, to wines, holidays, etc… Each production has its own identity with high emotion and modern style.
