Along with our teams in other venues across South Africa they are responsible for making sure that the HD connections from the "hot spots" of this World Cup, the stadiums, to the IBC (International Broadcasting Center) in Johannesburg work without a hitch.

The MEDIAPRO group has taken another step forward in its 3D production project with coverage of a round of the surfing world series.

MEDIAPRO carried out the 3D production of the concert for the group Klepht, broadcast live for clients of the Portuguese cable platform ZON on 30th October.

Spain, Portugal, New Zealand, Sudan, Tunisia, Angola, Chile and Canada are just some of the countries which saw Mediapro Group staff provide sporting broadcast services last weekend. The Group teams and the technical equipment (which includes OB vans and DSNG’s) provided production and broadcast services for high-profile competitions such as the FIFA Under-20’s competition, the Copa America, the Women’s World Cup as well as official qualifying games for the 2016 European Championships and the CAN 2017. 15 countries across 4 continents.

As on past occasions, the MEDIAPRO group worked closely with Formula One Management (FOM) to provide the TV coverage of the European Grand Prix held from 24th to 26th June in the Valencia Street Circuit.
