TV3 – the First 3D Broadcaster in Spain
In 2009 TV3 started working in 3D with the recording of “Llits” at the Teatre Nacional de Catalunya. The Llits3D production was made possible technically in cooperation with Ovide, Apuntolpapospo and Kronomav. The stereoscopic transmissions on TV3HD started in 2010. Since May 2010 every Saturday the TV3HD channel is broadcasting in 3D for about 2 hours. TV3 is the first TV station in Spain to broadcast 3D, and the first to do it regularly.

Scorpions: Live on Tape in 3D
The world famous rock band “Scorpions” is currently traveling the world with their "Get your Sting and Blackout Farewell Tour". On their sold out show on 15 April 2011 in Saarbrucken, Germany, the show was recorded live on tape in 3D for an upcoming movie and Blu-ray. The German TV production company TopVision was on location with one of its 3D OBVans and covered the performance with 10 3D Cameras.

It was grandMA2’s night to sparkle en espanol. Lighting designer Carlos Colina who was responsible for Univision’s “Premio lo Nuestro ala Musica Latina” awards show, selected a pair of grandMA2 light consoles tocontrol approximately 400 fixtures illuminating the gala special. The 23rd annual show honored Latin artists chosen by fans in online and mobile phone voting. It aired live from Miami’s American Airlines Arena.
