As part of a major update to its scoreboard display systems, the University of Minnesota TCF Bank Stadium installed a Ross Video 3 M/E Vision Production Switcher to manage scoreboards and in-house display systems for all three Stadium Venues (Football, Hockey & Basketball).

The Camera Store announces a major innovation in pedestal design. The new Skquattro Mk2 incorporates four pairs of pneumatic-tyred wheels and four grooved track-wheels. The pneumatic-tyred wheels allow easy transport to and from a delivery vehicle or outside broadcast vehicle. Solid-tyred wheels can be fitted in placed of the pneumatic tyres if required to allow traditional wheeled OB or studio operation.

Squattro tracking camera support systems from The Camera Store (TCS), a Vitec Group company, captured the Royal Shakespeare Company's highly acclaimed production of Richard II in Stratford-on-Avon on November 13. The play was televised live to 346 cinemas across Britain and will be relayed as encore screenings to cinemas around the world. RSC artistic director Gregory Doran directed David Tennant in the title role with Jane Lapotaire as the Duchess of Gloucester, Emma Hamilton as The Queen, Oliver Ford Davies as the Duke of York, Michael Pennington as John of Gaunt and Nigel Lindsay as Bolingbroke.

The TCS Skquattro Mk 2, a major innovation in broadcast camera pedestals, will make its European show debut at IBC 2013, Amsterdam, September 13-17. The Skquattro Mk 2 was developed by The Camera Store (TCS), a Vitec Group company, which supplies camera support systems on a rental and purchase basis for use in broadcast television and digital film production.

Five Skquattro pedestals and a wide range of additional support equipment have  supplied by The Camera Store (TCS) for a live stereoscopic broadcast of Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake from St Petersburg.

Video services and expertise from TDC – Technical Direction Company wowed audiences across the world in Visions of Vienna – a multi-media artistic collaboration between the Vienna Tourist Board and the Sydney Symphony Orchestra. The Sydney Symphony Orchestra live in concert was combined with visuals celebrating the artistic and musical heritage of Vienna from Ample Projects and projected onto the roof or “sails” of the Sydney Opera House and broadcast to music lovers across the world in a live web-stream. The event took place at approximately 8:30pm (AEDT) on Wednesday, 4 February 2015.
