Solid State Logic, the manufacturer of industry leading digital consoles for the broadcast industry, will showcase the integration of the industry leading C100 HDS and C10 HD digital broadcast consoles with Ross Overdrive and Sony ELC Broadcast Automation systems at IBC 2010 (Hall 8, Stand D83).

Solid State Logic, the world’s leading manufacturer of analogue and digital audio consoles and control surfaces, is showcasing its new Broadcast Demonstration Vehicle on the main floor at the 2012 NAB Show (Booth C2013). The 30-foot truck features a C10 HD Compact Broadcast Console, the full range of SSL Broadcast I/O and essential broadcast technologies from its partners Genelec, Miranda and RTS, all housed in a RBDG-designed environment.

University of Pennsylvania public radio station WXPN has installed a Solid State Logic System T audio production environment. The home of the nationally syndicated World Cafe music show, audio sessions and more are now recorded via a SSL S500 control surface coupled to a 256 path T25 Processor Engine as part of the station’s mission to further connect artists to audiences.

Videotime SpA, the production company responsible for many of Italy's leading commercial TV programming, and a subsidiary of Mediaset SpA - the second largest private television group in Europe, has refurbished Studio 10 at its Milan HQ. The broadcaster has moved to a Dante Audio-over-IP infrastructure, with SSL's System T broadcast audio production environment at its heart. The system was supplied by Italian SSL distributor and systems integrator CaBlaTeam Srl.
 

The Burgtheater - the Austrian National Theatre - is part of a group of three Austrian theatres, together with the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera) and the Volksoper Wien opera house, and is generally considered to be one of the most important German language theatres anywhere in the world. As part of a recent upgrade to its audio systems, the theatre has installed two SSL System T networked production systems along with a building-wide, redundant Dante Audio-over-IP network and SSL Network I/O. The system was specified by David Müllner (Manager, Sound & Multimedia, Burgtheater), supplied by TSAMM Professional Audio Solutions, and installed by Klangfarbe GmbH.

Denmark’s publicly funded broadcaster DR (Danish Broadcasting Corporation) operates four FM and eight DAB radio stations, and six television channels, as well and online and streaming media services. The broadcaster has installed SSL System T networked audio production systems into its main news studios, together with an SSL Network I/O-based redundant Dante infrastructure, demonstrating the Broadcaster’s commitment to a networked AoIP future.

Solid State Logic is proud to announce its newly completed Broadcast Equipment Demonstration Vehicle has set out on a non-stop tour of the United States and Canada. The tour began in San Antonio, Texas on Feb 1, 2012 and will continue onwards for the next three years.

A volunteer led, charitable organization dedicated to the teaching and practice of first aid in the UK, St John Ambulance is a leading provider of first aid training, event support, ambulance services and medical supplies. Unit manager for the London Healthcare Unit, Cormac O Conaill, says, "In the early days of the pandemic we approached the NHS and asked, what do you need us to do?
