Over 150 Robe moving lights – including 56 x ROBIN LEDBeam 100s, 26 x ROBIN MMX Spots and 24 x LEDWash 1200s - were supplied by leading Brazilian rental company Luzbel Iluminação for the 2013 Summer Festival de Salvador. The event was attended by over 250,000 people across four days and broadcast on Rede Globo TV.

It all began with a documentary on the TV arts channel “arte” about the world’s coldest inhabited place, Oymyakon in the far east of Russia. The programme also mentioned “ice whispering”, a phenomenon that occurs when people breathe and speak in extremely low temperatures.
