Under the contract, all audiovisual UEFA programmes will be distributed around the world exclusively on the Eurovision satellite and fibre network.

This includes all UEFA Champions League and UEFA EUROPA League matches for the 2012 to 2015 cycle, and the national team matches of the European Qualifiers for UEFA EURO 2016™ and the 2018 FIFA World Cup™.

Eurovision Director of Sports & Business Stefan Kuerten said: "It is an honour to see that UEFA has shown complete confidence in Eurovision by choosing us as their partner to carry the live pictures of all events worldwide for the years to come."

UEFA Events SA Marketing Director Guy-Laurent Epstein added: “Eurovision and UEFA have established a long-standing partnership over the past 20 years and we are delighted to have reached an agreement to extend this relationship.
