Mediapro Turkey provides live coverage of Istanbul Indoor Athletics Championships

Both local and international athletes took part in the event across a variety of disciplines with NTV Spor providing four hours of live coverage. Live coverage of the event was carried out with 10 HD cameras, with 25 Mediapro Turkey staff taking part in the production with graphics provided by Mediapro Turkey.

Istanbul’s Atakoy Athletics Arena was hosting the Balkan Indoor Championships for the 5th time in a row since it first opened in 2012.

The best athletes from the 16 Balkan federations strived for top results. Two guest nations, Kosovo and Azerbaijan tooke part out-of-competition. The Balkan Indoor Championships gave a perfect opportunity for the athletes to try and reach the entry standards for the World Indoors in Portland next month.
