About Khurram Siddiqui
As Vice President and GM Europe for iStreamPlanet, Siddiqui oversees all European technology operations in the company’s new European headquarters in London. Most recently, Siddiqui was Vice President Product Development for Comcast Sports Group helping the world’s largest media company set their digital strategy and develop innovative products to serve their viewers.
Previously Siddiqui served as Senior Director Broadcast Operations at Major League Baseball Advanced Media where he led a team of 130 personnel in IT, Broadcast Engineering, Studio Operations. Siddiqui helped build a number of innovative digital media products with MLBAM including MLB Instant Replay, featured by Time Magazine as one of the best inventions of 2008, the MLB.tv subscription service and the MLB At Bat App, the first app to deliver live streaming to the iPhone.
A recognized industry leader in next-generation media technology design, Siddiqui has been working in information technology for over 20 years and has been at the forefront of digital media technologies for the past 10 years.
Siddiqui graduated cum laude from Kingston University, UK with a degree in Information Systems Design.
