World premiere Audi A7 Sportback – with CT full-service at the Pinakothek der Moderne

The media technology highlight of the A7 world premiere with more than 400 international journalists was the visualization on a 80 square meter sized brilliant LED screen, a unique integration in the rotunda of the Pinakothek der Moderne. 368 LED modules Barco NX-4 were implemented into a customized structure, developed by CT, with a radius of 10 meters and covering 210 degrees of a circle – the 4mm LED screen secured fascinating high-resolution pictures. The content on the LED was realized seamless and in first-class HD quality with four Pronto HD servers from DVS.
For the complete broadcast technology the CT team used the approved Kahuna HD broadcast mixer and eight professional HD cameras, provided signals for the HD satellite uplink and for the live streaming for the Audi web TV and realized the recordings of the event.
The professional audio equipment from Meyer Sound offered excellent sound quality during the event, together with two new DiGiCo SD8 live audio mixing consoles with Stealth Digital Processing™ as central element of the audio system.
CT realized, together with its partner Showtec, the complete lighting, the rigging and kinetics in cooperation with Showtec and Schiffini, emphasizing once again its competence as a full-service provider for high-end media technology concepts.
