Vislink Features MSAT Antenna and New Micro Camera

MSAT is a highly portable tri-band satellite antenna system specifically designed for ease of use and rapid deployment. At only 12.5 kilos, the Advent MSAT can easily be carried by one person. The system’s fully integrated design means that set up takes only minutes from arrival to satellite acquisition, making it ideal for rapid deployment field applications.

The antenna comes with either a 65 or 90cm reflector as standard and can be configured to be used in Ka, Ku and X bands. Power is supplied either from mains outlets or 12-36VDC supplies.  As well as having interchangeable modem options, the system can also be specified to include an in-built Advent DVE encoder.

Gigawave’s full-resolution HD micro camera measures only 80x24x24mm (without lens) and weighs only 80gms. Powered by a 10–18VDC supply, with HD-SDI video input arriving via SMB connector, the camera is designed to deliver full broadcast quality images in the most demanding environments.

Ideally suited for motorsports, surveillance or even body-worn applications, this single-piece HD camera includes remote control functionality and can be directly connected with existing Gigawave on-board camera systems.
