Two major Russian broadcast shows merge. NATEXPO and Shabolovka 2.0

Same date, same venue: Moscow 25 - 27 October 2017

Announced by Shabolovka 2.0 founder Alexey Zemsky and NATEXPO general manager Alexander Shirokikh at IBC2017 press-conference, that two shows will join their efforts to build the strongest broadcast exhibition in the Eastern Europe.

New combined show will have support from Ministry of Telecommunications of Russian Federation and VGTRK, which was confirmed by deputy minister Alexey Volin and VGTRK CTO Alexander Afanasiev.

According to Alexey Zemsky, NATEXPO will host Club of CTOs, which will include CTOs and chief engineers of all 80+ VGTRK (biggest Russian broadcaster) and RTRN (operator of DVB-T2 multiplexes) regional branches.

NATEXPO will also have “Future Zone” for the first time, new exhibitors announced like Axon, Ross Video, wTVision, DJI etc. Several technical conferences will take place within NATEXPO2017. For the future, organizers consider to move NATEXPO from autumn to May.
