The MiniCMIT is a smaller version of the CMIT 5 which is often called "The Blue one" - referring to its eye-catching blue finish which has become the emblem of good location sound in Hollywood and other movie hot spots.

SCHOEPS CMIT microphones are prized around the world for their extraordinarily high sound quality. All three models use the same interference tube/capsule, which combines high directivity and minimal coloration of off-axis sound. Furthermore, the MiniCMIT and CMIT 5 have circuitry with similar characteristics, such that the microphones can be interchanged without altering the sound.
The MiniCMIT is available as of today at a list price of 1.690.- € or 2.000.- $ ex.VAT respectively. Suitable Windscreens and suspensions are offered at the same time.
