Nathalie Gateau, Human Resources Director for Euro Media Group

We are happy to announce the arrival of Nathalie Gateau in the role of Human Resources Director for the Euro Media Group.

Nathalie Gateau will be responsible for defining and deploying Human Resources policy and strategy for the entire Group under the leadership of the CEO, Thierry Drilhon. As a true business partner, she will lead the development and harmonization of the HR processes to strengthen synergies and the communication across countries.

About Nathalie Gateau
Nathalie Gateau holds a Master’s in Social Law and is graduated from ESSEC business school. She has more than 20 years of experience at the heart of large companies within different industries, such as Groupe Amaury, Alfa Laval, Fichet Bauche and most recently NRJ Group as Director of Human Resources.
She brings with her, her expertise in managing change in multicultural environments, management of HR development plans and implementation of Talent management policies.
