It'll zoom in on how these solutions can help media houses to broadcast “without borders” and detail the ways
multiCAM is integrating Sony technologies into its solutions. The company will showcase its latest innovations,
comprising the SPIRIT line of robotic systems with PILOT remote controller, multiCAM AIRBRIDGE guest
manager and the multiCAM BACKDROP virtual production solution.
As a follow up and for those in the Paris area, OpenDays Sony x multiCAM, scheduled for Nov. 4–5, will be a
physical event taking place at “Espace Charlot” in the 3rd district of the French capital.
The two-day meeting will offer attendees the chance to get a close look at multiCAM products in action. This
Parisian venue will offer two distinct spaces. The first space will showcase an immersive television studio based on
multiCAM BACKDROP, the virtual background solution for virtual productions. What's more, the setup will
feature a LED floor to provide an immersive experience.
This room will also highlight the multiCAM SPIRIT line of robotics gear, including a traveling dolly equipped with
a Sony HDC-P50 camera and Canon digital optics. Fixed columns will fit Sony BRC X1000 and H800 cameras.
