Now part of the Parter Capital Group, BTS will continue the group’s commitment and add the systems integration business to the broadcast industry in cooperation with Thomson Broadcast.

BTS has a long heritage: from Fernseh AG, over Bosch, BTS, Philips, Thomson, Grass Valley and finnaly BTS again. Being the system integration division for all of these companies, BTS is now an independent provider on a broader scale. Clients can immediately benefit from the enormous amount of exrience the company has to offer and take advantage of their access to the best possible device configuration.

With over 80 years of television expertise, BTS will continue the tradition of its predecessors and offer high quality turnkey solutions for the broadcast industry as a vendor independent systems integrator.

The competence for stationary and mobile TV transmission solutions go back to the founding of the company in 1929, the former Fernseh AG in Berlin. Milestones followed such as the construction of the first  transmission van in 1934, the introduction of the color television around the world in the 70's and 80's and the first fully digital HDTV transmission van in 2003.

From 1986 to 1996 the company has operated for Bosch and Philips under BTS and at this time developed a global reputation for customer specific solutions, high quality and reliable service in the systems business.

Keeping this philosophy in mind, the new BTS will continue to cooperate with the most suitable, and customer approved, product manufacturers – including Grass Valley with its products and solutions.
