MEDIA BROADCAST appoints new CEO

Prior to joining MEDIA BROADCAST, Bernd Kraus (44) held several positions at T-Systems as member of the management committee ICT Operations. Before his time at Deutsche Telekom, Bernd Kraus worked for Siemens Business Services Germany as a general manager for the German Outsourcing Business unit. Until 2002 he was a partner at Management Consultants McKinsey & Co. Inc. Bernd Kraus will be reporting to Olivier Huart, CEO of the TDF Group.

Mr. Egenbauer resumes his European role within TDF.
