Matthews Studio Equipment Introduces SENNA at NAB 2012

Matthews Studio Equipment is exhibiting in Central Hall, Booth C5437

Matthews Studio Equipment is set to premiere SENNA – a new line of high-quality, precision, wireless camera focus controls and pan/tilt heads at NAB 2012.

“We realized the tremendous growth of the DSLR market demands high-quality support accessories for the smaller camera, so MSE has partnered with SENNA Manufacturing, a company that has created exciting new tools to take this highly popular form of capture to an exciting new level,” says Robert Kulesh, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Matthews Studio Equipment.

The SENNA wireless, camera focus control can memorize up to four different focus points and recall them from the remote control panel. The SENNA pan/tilt head, which is aimed towards smaller HD/DSLR rigs can store up to six points of precise memory.

SENNA’s head system includes Motion Control that allows time-lapse in six different speed settings and storage of head movements up to 30 seconds.

Also from SENNA is the XL Minute Jib, which extends to over 13’ (4.2M) and weighs less than 28 pounds (13Kg). Fast and easy set up can be accomplished in one minute.

“With the SENNA line the DSLR market now has everything cameramen are used to using with the larger cameras, in a smaller, lighter, more compact package to enhance the creative process,” adds Kulesh. “Like the SENNA support equipment that is a staple for many cameramen who use larger cameras, we are confident that these new SENNA products will fast become even more popular for DSLR production.”

The SENNA line and many of the other Matthews Studio Equipment, Technology That Complements Your Imagination, can be seen in the Central Hall, Booth C5437.
