Matt Zidik Joins Ross Video’s Rocket Surgery as Art Director

Ross Video is pleased to announce that Matthew Zidik has joined the company’s creative services division – Rocket Surgery – in a new Art Director role. Matt has many years of experience in production design and is probably best known for his work in the sports venue space, having worked as Manager of Game Presentation for the Pittsburgh Pirates from February 2013 until April of this year. In that position, Matt was responsible for the production and management of all ballpark entertainment features and sponsorship execution within the game presentation. Under his stewardship, the Pirates won several awards for gameday presentation, including the prestigious 2016 “Best Game Presentation in All of Sports”, as represented by MLB, MLS, NBA, NCAA, NFL, and NHL.
 

Commenting on the new appointment, Jim Doyle, Rocket Surgery’s Director of Creative Services, is quick to praise Matt’s experience and technical expertise. “We’re delighted to bring Matt onboard and he’s got a very enviable and rich track record. He’ll be a major asset to our sports design and integration team in this new role, and our broadcast and virtual solutions customers will also benefit from his creative leadership and keen eye for quality.
