Hands on HD - The Annual High Definition Event in Hannover

The annual event Hands on HD workshop and conference in Hannover provides information for high definition cinema- and broadcasting format. The portfolio is addressed to professionals and decision makers in the field of audiovisual media production. In 2010 it is already the eight time that nordmedia – Die Mediengesellschaft Niedersachsen/Bremen mbH in cooperation with Band Pro Munich GmbH offer this worldwide unique event.
From recording to screening: participants are teached how to cope with the hdtechnique and workflow in device-specific classes for camera, S3D and postproduction. There is also a 2 days conference being organized within the workshop. It is addressed to all those who are working in the field of media: directing, production, distribution and purchasing.
Strategy seminars and reports about the experience with high definition show competences in all relevant topics, such as HD & broadcasting, HD & cinema or HD & workflow. The workshops will take place from 2nd till 7th August and the conference from 5th to 6th August, probably on the expo fairground in Hannover.
Hosts are nordmedia and Band Pro Munich GmbH. Since its founding in 2001 nordmedia is especially active in the field of digital media and offers many different convention events. Band Pro Munich established itself as high definition full service company and helped the format to get increasingly noticed in Europe. Hands on HD is supported by worldwide leading manufactures and service providers in this branch.
