EVS to Showcase Live Production Innovations at Natexpo 2015
One of three in-booth demo stations, the “LSM Cockpit” features a single, cohesive environment of EVS technologies that allows LSM operators to generate more emotion from audiences through a new Multicam server software engine. The upgrade offers the largest number of SuperMotion and high-frame rate (HFR) camera configurations in the industry, extended support for Ultra HD editing, as well as a new Dual LSM mode that enables two operators to work simultaneously on a single XT3 production server for increased efficiency and flexibility.
A broadcast center solutions area will showcase the powerful and versatile IPDirector content management suite with advanced news playback tools and multi-camera ingest stream-to-storage capabilities in addition to comprehensive content metadata, search, enrichment, exchange and contribution features.
EVS will also display its Ingest Funnel, a unique processing portal and single interface that automatically transforms, legalises and masters all ingest formats and contents for ready-to-air, archive and post-production formats.
During the show EVS will introduce “IP4Live”, a strategic approach to our industry’s IP transition that brings the benefits of IP-based workflows to live production while preserving existing investments. Attendees will learn how IP4Live provides solutions for smart management of hybrid SDI/IP workflows while ensuring interoperability with other technology providers.
EVS IP solutions include DYVI, a new IT-based switcher that maximizes creative resources and enables remote production possibilities. As IT and broadcast infrastructures converge, DYVI offers an easy-to-use operational interface combined with high-end functions to create, control and connect with unprecedented flexibility.
Hugues Lambert, VP Sales CEE, Russia & CIS, and the EVS team in Russia will be on hand at booth B30-1 to discuss solutions and answer questions throughout the show.
