Europe rocks with Gravity®

At this year’s Maisel’s Weissbierfest in Bayreuth, Germany, over 3,000 spectators witnessed a top live programme. Headliner of the 2016 festival was the 80s rock band formation, Europe, performing with Gravity® stands in the line-up.

Maisel’s Weissbierfest (Maisel’s Beer Festival) is as much part of Bayreuth as is the famous Richard Wagner Festival. While the Richard Wagner Festival focuses on the fine arts, Maisel’s Weissbierfest stands for a good atmosphere, regional specialities and – in particular – a diverse and top-class live music programme. This year, over 3,000 spectators witnessed seven different acts. The highlight on Saturday evening was the 80s rock legend Europe (“The Final Countdown“). With their riveting show, the formation from Sweden proved that they still have what it takes.

Lighting and sound at Maisel’s Weissbierfest were again the responsibility of TC Showtechnik from Weilheim. The team headed by Martin Schulze relied on stands of Adam Hall Group brand Gravity® for Europe’s performance. “They have proven their worth,” says Schulze. In addition to the fresh new appeal, the stands – recently awarded with the iF Design and Red Dot Awards – bring a whole new dimension to the stands market with their colour coding system. “This is a small detail, but it makes our work so much easier,” says Schulze about the colour-coding rings.
