BFE Further Expand their Management Team

Scott Lührs is an expert in computer sciences and has, at the same time, years of experience in the international broadcasting industry under his belt. After successfully founding and leading several companies in the fields of storage and network technology as well as broadcast IT, he worked at Avid as Global Solutions and Global Product Consultant on the development of the MediaCentral platform, focusing on media asset management solutions and their integration into “classical” Avid products.

As head of the division KSC Controller Systems at BFE, Scott Lührs oversees the technological and commercial advancement of the KSC product line as well as BFE’s software and hardware. Products, such as the successful broadcast control and monitoring solution KSC CORE, the innovative broadcast SDN controller KSC SILKNET for video-over-IP system environments, a resource pool for project based software development, as well as components such as hardware control panels, GPIO controllers and under monitor displays are among his responsibilities.
