TNDV Television Acquires Sony HDC-4300 Cameras

With its three 2/3-inch 4K imaging sensors and high dynamic range (HDR), the Sony HDC-4300 received a Technical & Engineering Emmy Award in 2016 for innovative technical achievement. After carefully evaluating market trends, TNDV President and Owner Nic Dugger invested in the HDC-4300 as the camera is now considered the gold standard for live multi-camera 4K-production, especially for high-profile sports, entertainment and special events. For the 11-time Emmy Award winning TNDV, that makes Sony a perfect complement to the high-end Hitachi and Panasonic cameras that have long been used in TNDV productions.

Since this camera offers the same familiar user interface as other popular Sony broadcast cameras, it’s easier for freelance camera operators to get up to speed. And the high-bandwidth 4K-resolution imagery helps producers keep their content evergreen, while giving editors more creative options for re-framing and color correcting shots, and other post finishing.
