Decode Offers 3D Rig Training Day

3Dcode will show its recently introduced high-end 3D mirror rig D-REX and will be training people on how to use it. The 3D training sessions are targeted to rig techs, stereographers and anyone currently working on 3D who wants to learn about this new rig. Two of the specialists who helped develop the rig will be at hand so the practical training on offer will be first class. There will be several 3D monitors on hand together with all the necessary tools to ensure that visitors get the most out of the session in a comfortable and relaxed environment.

Sam Martin will also be on hand as host for the Decode event and to discuss the various Decode packages and any business forthcoming.

To link in with the concurrent Wimbledon Studios open day, Decode will set up two drama kits in one of the street sets at the Studios, one based on an Alexa Plus camera, and the other one on a RED MX camera package. Visitors will be able to get hands-on with the cameras at the same time as they visit the studios.

Booking for the Decode 3D Training Event is by RSVP only through Decode and will be for groups of 2 or 3 people at a time over a 2 to 3 hour period; booking for the Open day for Wimbledon Studios needs to be done through the Studios.
