Cinegy Goes “Live” at IBC 2013 - 4K, IP-based A/V Stream Mixer Launched

Cinegy announced the launch of its new A/V Stream mixing solution product, Cinegy Live at IBC 2013

Cinegy Live is the newest member of the IP-based solution family, and provides broadcasters with the ability to mix and cut audio and video IP streams into a new stream while remaining in the software world.

Built to solve second generation business challenges encountered since Cinegy started to drive broadcasters into the IP domain, it harnesses the base features of Cinegy’s multi-view monitoring solution, Cinegy Multiviewer, whilst blending IP and SDI signals seamlessly.

With an intuitive user interface, Cinegy Live allows operators to pick input sources with a modern, touch-oriented interface while retaining an immaculate, broadcast-quality output.

Blending the art of vision mixing with the instant feedback of an integrated Multiviewer, Cinegy Live eliminates the challenges that circuit or encoding and display latency can pose to an operator. Integrated support for audio channel selection and mixing brings proactive management of content streams under control, whilst active decoding of all inputs coupled with embedded file-based play-in sources allows instant cuts, overlays, or slow wipes between any stream sources with a clean 4:2:2 encoded output signal in SD, HD or 4K.

Key Features of Cinegy Live include:
-    Mixed format IP / SDI
-    4K Capable
-    Touch Screen Optimized
-    Software based
