nobeo 1 at the UEFA Europa League Final in Hamburg

Broadcast Compound in front of the HSH Nordbank Arena

48 years after winning the UEFA Cup , the Spanish club Atletico Madrid has once again won a European club trophy. In the final of the UEFA Europa League in Hamburg on May 12th, 2010 Atlético defeated FC Fulham 2:1 after extra time in front of 49,000 spectators in the HSH Nordbank Arena. With his goals in the 32nd and 116th minute Uruguayan Diego Forlan decided the outcome of the match.

nobeo was commissioned by Euro Media France for the production of the lateral feed for French broadcaster M6 and was on site in Hamburg with OB truck "nobeo 1". Eight separate signals were provided by the host broadcaster for the HD production. They were combined with the signals from the three nobeo cameras. Graphics and highlights were provided via EVS. The game was broadcast in HD, and in SD as a backup.

nobeo’s sister-company Cinevideogroup was also on site providing facilities for the Spanish channel - Telecinco.
