The Mediapro Group provides broadcast services from around the world

Last weekend saw the Group provide services for high-profile sporting events from 14 different countries around the world

Spain, Portugal, New Zealand, Sudan, Tunisia, Angola, Chile and Canada are just some of the countries which saw Mediapro Group staff provide sporting broadcast services last weekend. The Group teams and the technical equipment (which includes OB vans and DSNG’s) provided production and broadcast services for high-profile competitions such as the FIFA Under-20’s competition, the Copa America, the Women’s World Cup as well as official qualifying games for the 2016 European Championships and the CAN 2017. 15 countries across 4 continents.

In Europe, the company provided production services in Spain, France, Turkey and Portugal for the XCAT World Series, the sea F-1; Malta, Gibraltar and Andorra’s attempts to qualify for the 2016 European Football Championships. Coverage was also provided of the qualifying games for the 2017 African Cup of Nations with Mediapro Group staff travelling to Sudan, Gabon, Angola and Tunisia. In America, broadcast teams travelled to Canada to cover the Women’s World Cup as well as South America for broadcast of Copa America from Chile. In the southern hemisphere highlights include coverage of the FIFA Under 20’s World Cup from New Zealand, which comes to an end on the 20th June.
