OTO is a television poll, in which vievers wote the most favorite personalities as well as programes. The annual show, established in 2000 by Art Production Agency (APA).

The star-studded event was televised live on Slovakia's main national channel, RTVS. RTVS has commissioned Record Outside Broadcasting to cover the event. Record's REC 5 HD OBVan was on location and captioned the 2011 OTO Awards with 12 cameras, including two Steadicams and two crane cameras.
