Vinten Radamec’s New Control Technology Makes Its UK Debut at BVE 2012
The FHR-35 is the first Vinten Radamec product to incorporate ICE and is suitable for a broad range of applications from legislatures to studios. The ICE motion control system and drive train within the FHR-35 deliver both the fastest and the slowest broadcast quality movement, while the pan and tilt head has been designed to give the widest pan and tilt range. The ICE motion control system is also able to drive a wide range of full-servo broadcast lenses using analogue, digital or hybrid control modes.
Also on show at BVE 2012 will be a range of Vinten Radamec’s innovative control systems, covering the full spectrum of applications. The Fusion FCS-16 compact controller will be shown running the latest VRC control system software. This compact solution has a built-in touchscreen and is compatible with the full range of Fusion robotic camera supports. The FCS-16 is ideally combined with the new FHR-35 to create a cost effective robotic camera support solution.
Karen Walker, commercial manager, Vinten Radamec: “This will be an exciting event for Vinten Radamec as we will be demonstrating this major advancement in engineering solutions for the first time at a UK broadcast exhibition. BVE 2012 gives us the perfect opportunity to showcase the FHR-35 and our innovative new ICE technology. Visitors will be able to see for themselves how this first of its kind product allows operators to achieve such an unprecedented level of control and accuracy.”
The extensive range of Vinten Radamec robotic camera support solutions can be seen on stand i30 at the BVE 2012 exhibition.
