Vinten’s Successful Vision Range will be Celebrated at BVE 2012

The extensive range of Vinten camera support solutions can be seen on stand i30.

Vinten®, a Vitec Group brand and global leader in camera supports, will be showcasing a selection from its renowned Vision range at the BVE 2012 exhibition, 14 – 16 February at Earl’s Court 2, London. Vinten will highlight the unique benefits of its versatile light weight heads and systems which form part of a range that provides today’s camera operators with the perfect solution, whatever the requirement.

The company’s display of innovative camera support solutions used by professionals around the world will focus on lightweight heads and systems from its highly acclaimed Vision AS range, including the popular Vision blue, which will be demonstrated alongside the award winning Vector 430.

Designed to support cameras and camcorders weighing between 2.0 – 33kg, the Vision range offers the ideal solution, whether it’s to support the latest portable camera configurations through to professional ENG, EFP or OB applications. The Vision range incorporates Vinten’s innovative technology from the infinitely adjustable Perfect Balance, providing consistent movement and easy positioning of the camera at any angle, to its LF and TF drag technology that offers complete control of the camera at any level of movement.

Vinten’s Vision blue pan and tilt head and tripod system will also be on display at this year’s BVE 2012. The Vision blue brings cost effective and uncompromised professional performance to the lightest of camcorders, and has enjoyed soaring sales and positive reviews from global broadcasters since its launch in 2010. At last year’s renowned NAB convention, the success of the Vision blue was recognised when it was awarded two prestigious accolades, including the TV Technology magazine STAR award and a DV Magazine Black Diamond award.

Also on show will be the Vector 430, which bridges the gap between Vinten’s Vision and Vector ranges and is ideal for the growing number of applications which use both compact box lens and large EFP barrel lenses. This will all be demoed alongside the Osprey Elite, an extremely versatile pedestal that supports the latest range of digital, portable and full facility cameras.

“The event provides the ideal platform to showcase a selection of our lightweight heads and systems and demonstrates the high performance and versatility of Vinten’s products”.
