Venture Capital Fund Practica Capital Invests into Broadcast System Integrator TVC

Venture capital fund Practica Capital invested into JSC TV and Communication Systems, a broadcast system integrator based in Lithuania, the company owns brand name TVC. This financial investment from an institutional investor will enable TVC to introduce its professional services to the growing markets in Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

The fund signed an investment agreement with TVC according to which the fund will acquire newly issued shares and became a minority investor of the company. The funds attracted will be used to finance TVC’s expansion into new export markets.
