Snell Advanced Media Promotes Ed McGivern to Head of North America Sales

Industry veteran Ed McGivern leads North America Sales team of Snell Advanced Media

Snell Advanced Media (SAM) is pleased to announce the promotion of Ed McGivern to Head of North America Sales.  McGivern joined the company in June 2015 providing regional sales and strategic account responsibility.

“Ed is an established sales and management professional, having spent over 20 years in our industry selling high valued technology solutions and successfully leading sales organizations,” said Russ Johnson, SVP, Americas. “Ed is taking over the role opened up by the retirement of Terry Barnum, who headed up North American sales for the last 20 years of his nearly 25 years with the Snell companies.”

Prior to joining SAM, McGivern was Regional VP, North America for Imagine Communications.  Prior to that, he held high-level sales and management positions with Harris Broadcast/Harris Corporation, Grass Valley, Signiant and Triveni Digital.
