Custom Consoles announces the appointment of Phillip Jameson as regional sales manager. Based in the UAE, he will work in partnership with the management team at the company's UK headquarters, including managing director Neil Reed, commercial director Graham Buchanan and sales manager Gary Fuller.

"Phillip is a highly accomplished broadcast engineer with 17 years of experience in project contracting and management," comments Neil Reed. "He has also worked at the sharp end of live television news so understands both the operational needs of our customers and the importance of good ergonomics on a long shift. He has a good knowledge of the Middle East broadcast market and will be part of our show stand team at the March 10-12 CABSAT 2015 exhibition in Dubai."

"Custom Consoles has an excellent reputation among European broadcasters and in other industries where process control furniture is required," Phillip Jameson adds. "My task will be to spread the message to the global market, promoting in particular the Module-R range of desks and the Media Wall monitor display mounting system. The company also produces some very modern standard-alone media-equipment desks with options such as motorised height adjustment."
